Property Summary
These modern, comfortable, well located apartments are in a quieter area of Benidorm, and feature a spacious pool and garden area just a short walk from Levante Beach, making them an appealing choice for families and young holiday-makers. Benidorm is a tourist paradise with a wide selection of shops, pubs, restaurants, bars and entertainment, as well as a variety of water sports available on the local beaches, two waterparks and numerous golf courses in the surrounding area.

Location
Levante beach is approx 700m away, with the resort's shops, promenade and restaurants all within 900 metres, and the resort centre approx 1.2km away. There is a mini-market next door to the complex and a bus stop is 100m away.

Facilities at the Vistamar include 24 hour reception with multi lingual staff, parking (local charge), games room, currency exchange, newspaper stand, car hire and luggage store room.
All 20 floors of the Vistamar Apartments have south facing balconies with views over the Levante area, apartments also feature en suite bathroom, lounge area with single sofa bed, pull-out bed, kitchenette with fridge, electric rings, toaster, kettle and Microwave oven, coin-operated TV and safety deposit box. ** Please note some facilities are at a local charge.
PLEASE NOTE:- For customers taking the half board or all-inclusive board upgrades, all meals and drinks are taken at the Hotel Flamingo Benidorm which is a short walk, approx 450m, from Vistamar, guests also have use of the facilities at the Flamingo including entertainment and the pool.

Leisure facilities include a large outdoor swimming pool (shared with the apartment complex next door), spacious sun terrace and well maintained gardens with loungers and shady areas, tennis court, pool table and air hockey table.
