The first of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor; this is a twin bedded room with adjacent shower room. Each of the first floor bedrooms features en-suite facilities and a private balcony. The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and large private balcony overlooking the swimming pool, whilst the twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room and a private balcony that overlooks the front of the villa. Air-conditioning available in bedrooms & living area (with charge, payable locally at 6.00 euros per day).

Activities
The 8 metre x 4 metre private pool with both walk in steps and ladder access is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace furnished with sunbeds, and poolside shower. A barbecue is provided for outdoor dining in those warm summer months.
