It has an excellent position on the edge of the forest, just 300 meters from the ski lifts and Les Villards shopping centre and 500 meters from the centre of the resort.
The Grande Domain des Arcs ski area has 200 km of runs (106 runs: 19 black, 32 red, 54 blue, and 1 green) and 30 km of cross country ski runs. The Paradiski area has 425 km of runs (240 runs: 34 black, 61 red, 134 blue and 11 green) and 153 km of cross-country ski runs. There are 108 apartments. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen (4 electric/ceramic hotplates, microwave-grill oven, dishwasher & coffeemaker), bathroom, telephone, TV, Vacuum cleaner, duvets and balcony. All 1 Bedroom apartments for 4/5 consist of: living area with 1 double sofa bed and bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 pull out bed. ***please note that the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years of age***
Please note that a breakage deposit of 200 euros per apartment is required upon arrival and refundable upon departure. The local tourist tax of approximately 1 euro per adult per night (children under 13 are free) is payable upon arrival.
