This pleasant bungalow complex is situated in the tourist area, not far from the town centre, where countless restaurants, bars, nightclubs and shopping venues are located. A small fine sand beach is located just 1 km away. Convenient public transport links may be found within 200 metres of the hotel.

The complex was built in 1972 and renovated in 2004. The 58 bungalows are situated amidst 3,500 m² of gardens. Amongst the hotel facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, hotel safe and a currency exchange desk. There is an inviting à la carte restaurant and outside younger guests may wish to let off some steam in the children's playground.
