Situated in a quieter part of Benidorm, only 430m to the Old Town and about 1000m from the Rincon de Loix area of Benidorm. Mini-market and shops can be found 150m away and it is only 200m to a selection of bars and restaurants. The beach (Levante) is a short stroll (740m).
