The splendid five stars Kiroseiz Parklands (ex Kiroseiz Resort & Aqua Park) is just a few minutes away from Naama Bay, the highlight of Sharm El Sheikh. The Kiroseiz Beach Bungalows are a completely separate part of the resort, located in the area of Hadaba on the private sandy beach of the Kiroseiz Resort & Aqua Park (15 mins by hotel-run shuttle bus. The Kiroseiz main building is built in two-storey residential clusters all 700 guest rooms, suites, and apartments are equipped and decorated to the highest standards, each with its own terrace or balcony with a view on the pool or the stunning surrounding landscapes. Room facilities include: air-conditioning, en suite bathroom with bath or shower, hairdryer, TV (sat), mini-fridge, IDD phone, and free of charge baby cots (available on request).There are 22 beach hut style bungalows, located in a different area than the resort, all of which are equipped and decorated comfortably. The bungalows are all twin rooms and face directly to the sea, so the delights of the Red Sea Marine life are only a few minutes away, the magnificent coral house reef makes this spot a snorkelers haven. Room facilities include: air-conditioning, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, satellite TV, mini-fridge, IDD phone. Run of House rooms (ROH)and Family Rooms have either Garden or Pool View.The Apartments are one or two bedroomed with a sofa bed in the living area and a kitchenette.

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (12:30-15:00) and dinner (18:30-22:00, with international theme cuisine), all buffet style, served in the Pharon and Atrium restaurants . Lunch can also be taken at the beach restaurant (12:30-15:00). During meals local alcoholic & soft drinks by the glass are offered (exclude fresh juices, Turkish coffee, cappuccino & espresso). Also at the disposal of the AI guests within the dine-around concept, are the three A la Carte restaurants; Chez Pascal (meat & seafood dishes), Bukhara (Indian menu) and Dolce Vita (Italian Menu) , coming soon Sumai Island ( Asian restaurant ) . Snacks such as hot dogs, sandwiches, pasta, French fries, etc is available at the Chez Pascal between 11:30 & 16:30. Tea & coffee time with home made cakes is from 16:00-17:00 at the Waves bar. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like soft & hot drinks, draught beer, wine, spirits, alcoholic & non-alcoholic cocktails, etc are served from 10:00 till midnight at the resort, the pool bar (10:00-sunset) and the Waves bar (10:00-24:00).
Guests staying at the Resort have the opportunity to go to the Beach by shuttle bus, which operates daily from 08:00-23:00. AI drinks are provided at the beach bar and lunch can be taken in buffet at the Dolce Vita restaurant. Breakfast & evening meal are to be taken at the Resort.
AI concept for guests staying the the beach bungalows as follows -
The AI programme for the Beach guests includes breakfast (07:00-10:30), lunch (12:30-12:30) and dinner (19:00-21:00), buffet breakfast & lunch with a set menu for the evening meal, Snacks are available between 12:30 & 16:30; with charge there is the traditional oven pizza serving delicious Italian pizza. AI drinks (as listed above) are served at the beach bar from 09:00 until midnight.
Guests staying at the Beach can use the facilities of the Resort; a shuttle bus operates daily from 08:00-23:00 to make the transfer to the resort. Here guests can enjoy the facilities of the Resort and spend the day by the swimming pool (as there is no swimming pool at the Beach). AI drinks are provided within the programme of the Resort and lunch can be taken in buffet at the Pharon or Atrium Restaurant.

Sport facilities at the hotel include animation team activities at the swimming pool, water polo, water gym, soft gym, darts, table tennis, boccia, beach volley, competitions, library (books, chess, backgammon, etc), towels, sunbeds & umbrellas by the pool & at the beach, Friday Souk, live entrainment , animation games (bingo, quizzes, etc), musical, cabaret, international mix show & games.Kids Club open daily from 10:00-17:00 (12:30-13:30 closed) with lots of different activities organized inside the club, around the pool. There are also playgrounds with the supervision of one animator, children’s disco daily & international ambience.
Guests staying at the Beach have all animation & sport facilities at their disposal within the AI programme at the Resort. The shuttle bus is available during the evening, so after dinner at the beach restaurant, a trip to the resort means guests can join the evening entertainment there.
