Property Summary
The apartment complex comprises 3 floors as well as a reception with a lift, and a garage (fees payable on site).

The apartment keys can be collected at Oficina Alquileres Peñiscola, located at Calle Irta 3, Bajos Aptos. Telephone: +34 964482065. Guests may check-in from Mondays to Saturdays from 5 - 8 pm and Sundays from 10 am to 1 pm. If guests will be arriving outside of the indicated opening times, their travel agent should inform the apartments about this at least 3 days before arrival. An extra supplement, payable on site, will be required for late arrivals. If the late arrival is not confirmed between the apartments and travel agency, it cannot be guaranteed that keys will be available for pick up. No pets allowed. Cleaning is done before arrival. Towels and sheets are not included. It is possible to rent sheets, payable directly per sheet/week. The swimming pool is open in summer, guests should ask about timetable. Payment of a deposit is obligatory.

The A1D apartments have a bathroom as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a combined living area with sofa bed. In addition, these apartments include a kitchen with a washing machine as well as a terrace. The A2D apartments include the same fittings as well as an additional bedroom with double bed.
