Property Summary
The complex comprises several 3-storey apartment buildings. On site there is a small supermarket, a public telephone and a restaurant serving many tasty dishes. Those arriving by car may park in the complex car park.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee per stay. Hand towels and bed linen are not included in the cost. It is possible to hire bed linen for an additional cost per set and week. The fee is paid on arrival, as well as a deposit. The installations are open in the summer months. The apartment keys can be collected at Oficina alquileres Peñiscola located at C/Irta 3 Edificio Forner. Telephone: +34 964482065. Guests may check-in on Monday to Saturday between 5 pm and 8 pm, and on Sunday from 10 am to 1 pm. If guests will be arriving out of these opening hours, their travel agent should inform the apartments of these at least 3 days prior to arrival. A supplement, payable on site in euros, will be charged for late arrivals. If late arrival is not confirmed with the apartment then it may not be possible to collect the keys. Pets are allowed, fee payable directly per stay. Apartments are cleaned before arrival. Towels and sheets are not included. It is possible to rent linen, payable per week on site.

The welcoming apartments each come with a combined bedroom/ lounge with a sofa bed, 1 or 2 separate bedrooms with double beds and an en suite bathroom. Further fittings include a kitchen with American-style breakfast bar, a washing machine and a balcony or terrace.

Activities
Guests may take advantage of the swimming pool, the paddling pool and the poolside snack bar in the grounds. There is also a wonderful garden within the complex. For sports enthusiasts there are two tennis courts, a squash court, a gym, a multi-purpose sports pitch (from July to September), a bocce pitch and a minigolf course. A seasonal entertainment programme provides additional variation and amusement for guests.
