The complex contains bungalow-type apartments. It includes a swimming pool (opening and closing dates subject to agreement with the neighbours), garden, children area and barbecue.
Apartments Keys collect at Oficina alquileres Peñiscola located in C/ Irta 3 Edificio Forner. Tl:+34 964482065. Check in from Mondays to Sundays from 17 to 20h. In case of clients will arrive out off the indicated timetable, please contact with your travel agency minimal 3 days before in order to inform the apartments. Directly payment an extra suplement will be require for later times arrivals. No late arrival confirmation to apartment and travel agency can suppose not to get the keys. No pets allowed. Arrival cleaning. Towels and sheets are not included. Posibility to rent sheets pay directly for sheet/week.Deposit obligatory by cash. Swimmingpool open in summer season.
There are two types of apartments available to guests. One kind comes with dining room/ lounge with a double sofa bed, 2 bedrooms for 2 people, a bathroom (most with a shower), a kitchen, a washing machine and a terrace. The other apartments are bungalows with 2 floors and access to a basement floor. The first floor contains a dining room/ lounge with a double sofa bed, a bathroom, a kitchen, a washing machine and a terrace. In the lower floor there are 2 bedrooms sleeping 2 people, a fully equipped bathroom and a terrace.

There is a pool and barbecue area in the gardens.
