This apartment complex is located in the centre of the tourist area of Playa del Ingles, only about 800 metres away from the beach. Close to the complex, guests will find the Yumbo shopping centre and numerous entertainment venues as well as links to the public transport network. The nearest airport is some 30 km away.

This apartment complex was built in 1972, renovated in 2003 and consists of a total of 150 apartments/ studios. Facilities include a 24-hour reception with a currency exchange desk, 3 lifts, a bar, a restaurant and an Internet terminal.
