The hotel Beverly Park is situated in Playa Del Ingles, just 100 metres from the lovely sandy beach, 300 metres from the Tropical shopping centre, 1 kilometre from San Agustin shopping centre, about 1.5 kilometres from Playa Del Ingles centre, 30 kilometres from the airport and 50 metres from a bus stop.

Facilities at Beverly park include 3 swimming pools (one for children), children's playground, mini club (open subject to volume of children), terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas, jacuzzis, mini-golf, two tennis courts and shuffleboard area, disco, reception, lounge with TV room, card room, shop, hairdressers, restaurant (buffet style) offering a selection of international cuisine, snack & pizzeria and pool bar. There is a vending machine for cold drinks on each floor, for drinking only in the room. The hotel's animation team organise games and activities during the day.
