All of the townhouses have views to the pool and the beautiful communal gardens, ideal for watching the world go by.
The accommodation itself is superbly furnished to a high star standard. Set on four levels, at the lower level there is ample parking for two cars, leading through to the lower floor of the townhouse. All houses have a lower basement level and all are slightly different.
The ground floor is beautifully equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, separate WC and spacious lounge with an indoor dining area. Off the lounge is a wonderful ground floor terrace facing onto the pool.
There are sun terraces on each floor, allowing sun bathing all day as well as privacy to enjoy a cool beer and read that book.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, dressing room and terrace. There are also a further two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The second floor has a penthouse double bedroom with terraces to front and rear with a staircase leading up to a private rooftop solarium, perfect for morning coffee or evening aperitif.
