We are very pleased to announce the commencement of works for the construction of the new Children’s Playground, to be situated in the heart of the Aphrodite Hills Resort Cyprus.

Works will be taking place as from today 17th January to be ready for our new summer season. The new Childrens’ Playground facilities which will feature: An enlarged indoor Kids Club for all ages, a separate baby Crèche, shaded play areas including an inflatable and trampoline bay, the outdoor adventure playground, a multi surface court, a 75m² childrens’ pool with active water slide, all within an area covering 3000m².

September 2009 saw the final completion and grand opening of a fantastic new tennis academy at Aphrodite Hills. A world class tennis facility is now on offer, complete with 4 clay courts and 5 hard courts all of which are floodlit plus pro-shop, changing and toilet facilities and snack bar. The academy has three full time tennis coaches who run group and private coaching sessions offering everything from stroke correction to video analysis, weekly mini-tournaments and varied social events. The academy offers 2, 3 or 5 day adult courses along with tailored tennis packages aimed either at the teen 13-16 or 6-12 age groups. Racket and specialist shoe hire is included in the package prices.
Aphrodite Hills Resort has a choice of two nearby beaches for guests to lie back, relax and simply enjoy. The beach clubs are open between May and October.
The Cove of Aphrodite Hills is a pebbled beach directly in front of the Resort entrance. Accessed by shuttle from the InterContinental Aphrodite Hills Resort Hotel, the Cove provides a drinks & snacks kiosk, sun beds, umbrellas and beach towels.
Zias Beach Club is located within 15 minutes drive from the Resort, offering a pebbled/sandy, child-friendly beach. This beach club consists of two areas - the complimentary beach facilities (sun beds, umbrellas, beach towels), and the bar and restaurant facilities.

All Inclusive - Meals
The InterContinental Aphrodite Hills Resort Hotel offers a tempting choice of chic and relaxing bars, both casual and informal restaurants, and the added luxury and convenience of 24-hour in-room dining. Banqueting facilities include the magnificent Grand Ballroom, seating 460 people with a maximum capacity of 1.000.



ELEONAS RESTAURANT

The hotel's all-day restaurant offers an à la carte menu, as well as breakfast and lunch buffets and themed evening dining. It is the ideal place to start the day, while looking out across the terrace through stone arches to the pool and grounds beyond. Eleonas has an atmosphere of casual elegance.

LEANDER RESTAURANT

Elegant and contemporary, the Leander specialises in Euro-Asian cuisine, combining the finest of flavours and ingredients from two of the world's most sophisticated culinary traditions to create delicious specialties, delicately seasoned with oriental herbs and spices.

Capacity: 80 persons

Location: Located in the main building below the Lobby area.

Open: Dinner: 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Open five days a week.



MEssOGIOS RESTAURANT

The Mesogios Restaurant, which features a wine tasting cava, is an authentic Mediterranean dining experience, serving exquisite cuisine in a delightful setting. With its spacious terrace and panoramic view over the golf course and the sea, this is the ideal spot for a relaxing and memorable evening.

Location: Located in the main building below the Lobby area.

CARBOB LOUNGE

Featuring live piano music in the afternoons, and serving cocktails and light snacks as well as afternoon tea and coffee, the Carob Lounge is the place to meet friends, relax and, perhaps sipping a perfectly chilled glass of champagne, just watch the world go by. The Lounge also features a wide selection of cigars from around the world.

INTERCONTINENTAL HOTEL – SUNSET BAR

Offering a wide selection of refreshments, aperitifs and cocktails, occasional live music and picture-perfect sunsets, the terrace Sunset Bar is an ideal place to begin and end the evening. Take in the magnificent view over the Mediterranean as you relax into the leisurely Cypriot lifestyle.

IFESTOS BRAssERIE GRILL & BAR

Ifestos is an informal Italian-style poolside brasserie and refreshment bar with an eclectic à la carte menu. Take a break from sunbathing and swimming and savour the pleasure of dining al fresco.

Location: Located near the main outdoor pool, with full terrace and sea view.



ITHAKI RESTAURANT BAR

Ithaki is a fantastic new fish concept. In the magnificent surroundings by the best spot of the pool area and the lawn gardens, the hotel provides the absolute setting for a dream candlelit romantic dinner with new authentic Aegean gastronomic creations. Cool Mediterranean breezes caress your face, right under a star-lit sky for an unforgettable gastronomic experience.

Our menu features a wide choice of fish from the very best of the day's catch and a superb fish meze, selected appetizers and mouthwatering salads, exquisite grilled fish specialities, Cyprus and Greek pastry delicacies and assorted cut fruits.

Ithaki is open for dinner from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm.



CLUB HOUSE

The Aphrodite Hills Golf Clubhouse offers an elegant and intimate ambience. Open to golfers and visitors alike, it offers authentic Cypriot cuisine and selected international dishes accompanied by a range of fine wines and world-class service. It serves a light, but classy 5-star à la carte menu with a large variety of snack-style dishes and grills. In addition, there is a Sunday international buffet for tournaments, special occasions, weddings and private party menus.

The bar and wine list is an extensive catalog consisting of aperitifs, imported spirits, cognacs and brandies, liqueurs, refreshments, hot beverages and special coffees and a wide selection of original Cuban cigars of Havana blend.

The Clubhouse boasts large terraces and a dedicated function lawn overlooking the 18th green with natural and stunning surroundings. It enjoys a distinctive image and is the perfect place for al fresco celebrations, whether it is a golf tournament party or a romantic wedding breakfast.

Golfers or visitors can use the restaurant facilities on a daily basis in three ways: table service in the restaurant itself, on-course catering via the buggy bar or take away in picnic baskets.

The Clubhouse restaurant is open daily for meals between 7:30 am and 7:00 pm.
