Property Summary
The apartment complex comprises a big swimming pool complex (open in the summer months) for adults and children, tennis courts, a garden, lifts, a snack bar, a small supermarket, a restaurant and a shopping centre.

Apartments keys can be collected at Oficina alquileres Peñiscola located in C/Irta 3 Edificio Forner. Tl:+34 964482065. Check in from Mondays to Saturdays from 5 pm to 8 pm and Sundays from 10 am to 1 pm. If clients are arriving outside these hours, please inform the apartments via the travel agent at least 3 days before arrival. Directly payment of an extra supplement will be required for later arrival times. If late arrivals are not confirmed by the travel agent and apartments, it will not be possible to collect the keys. Pets are not allowed. Towels and sheets are not included, but it is possible to rent sheets, paid directly per sheet per week. Swimming pool fees directly payable per apartment per week (open in summer, ask about timetable). Deposit obligatory (payable in cash).

The studio-type apartments comprise a dining room with 2 double sofa beds (which can be separated for privacy) and include a kitchenette with oven, fully fitted bathroom and a terrace. The one-bedroom apartments are similar to the studios, but with a double bedroom.

Activities
The complex features a large landscaped pool area for children and adults (open in the summer months, the approx. 35 Euro charge (per apartment/per week) is payable on site). The hotel also has its own tennis courts.
