The hotel was renovated between 2009 and 2010 and has a total of 157 apartments spread over 7 floors. Guest facilities include a pool and garden area for children and adults, a large lobby with 24-hour service and a panoramic elevator. There is also a café and a buffet restaurant which offers show cooking from mid June to mid September. It has a large terrace with a snack bar, a children's playground and a children's entertainment program. This attractive hotel is situated amongst the first row of hotels in the tourist resort of Peñiscola and is only separated from a superb sandy beach by the promenade. A selection of shopping and entertainment venues is also to be found in the immediate vicinity. A bus stop may be found only 200 m from the hotel.

The complex has a gym, spa and an entertainment program. It is possible to rent bicycles for children and adults. Customers and guests have free access to the water park Acualandia, open from June to September, with 6000-m² of sports facilities. The spa offers unisex hairdressing services, massage, hydromassage and a flotarium (a high-density saline bath that resembles the feeling of bathing in the Dead Sea).
